Timothy Speciale, DO

Physician

During his years as an Osteopathic Physician, he received Board Certification by the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Integrative Pain Management, the American Certification in Orthopedic Musculoskeletal Medicine, and The American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy/Regenerative Medicine, a Certificate of Competence in Sports Medicine, membership in the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and Board Certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine. Prior to practicing as a Doctor of Osteopathy, Dr. Speciale cared for patients as a Board-Certified Family Physician and also as a licensed physical therapist. Dr. Speciale’s diverse educational background and extensive professional experience affords him a holistic perspective focusing on individual needs which allows Dr. Speciale to continue educating the community in overall well-being.

Jacob Cukierski, DO

Owner / Physician

Our office is headed by Dr. Jacob Cukierski, DO. Dr. Cukierski is a Western New York native, graduating from Canisius College and earning his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). During his Residency training at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, he served a Chief Resident for the Family Medicine Department and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society by his peers. Dr. Cukierski continued his graduate medical training with a “Plus One” Fellowship in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (NMM) at the Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA. During his Fellowship year, he also served as Chief Resident for the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Department. In addition, his actions and involvement with volunteering and teaching the Medical Students at LECOM gained national recognition, as he was named the 2018 Resident of the Year by the American Academy of Osteopathy.
