At this time, Dr. Cukierski accepts Medicare, Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield and Independent Health. We do not accept Medicaid, new workers compensation or new motor vehicle claims. If we do not participate in your insurance plan, full payment for services rendered will be due at the end of your appointment. We will provide you with a copy of your bill to be submitted to your insurance company. Details where to submit claims are located on the back of your insurance card or can be found by reaching out to your insurance company.
Important Update: As of January 1, 2026, we will no longer be able to submit insurance claims to your insurance on your behalf. This will mean that payment for all services rendered will be due at the time of service. We will continue to participate and maintain credentialling with the insurance plans as we have. However, you will need to submit your receipt of payment to your insurance carrier to receive reimbursement. As we expand in the future, this is a service we hope to resume. As a solo-practioner, there was too great a strain on the practice to continue to billing as we had. By making this change, we’ll be able to provide the best care possible without input by any other third parties.
Dr. Speciale is currently cash only and accepting patients for our regenerative medicine options. He is not available for Osteopathic Manipulation. Dr. Speciale will have limited availability for the next few months. Please call the office for additional details.
